Announcing a Class Registration System Written Specifically for Natural Family Planning Offices

We’re thrilled to announce an on-line class registration system written specifically for Natural Family Planning offices called NFPOffice. NFPOffice is a web-based application that allows your clients to search for courses and register on-line with their credit card. On-line registration is important because today's generation expects to be able to use the internet for their transactions. NFPOffice is bilingual - your clients can view your website in English or Spanish. English courses are displayed when viewing the English site; Spanish courses are displayed when viewing the Spanish site.

NFPOffice also includes a full-featured administration application accessible via your web browser that allows you to create courses, manage clients and instructors, post articles for your website, define the emails that are automatically sent to your clients, and generate reports on course registrations. You do not need to purchase any hardware or software to implement NFPOffice. It is completely web-based and is hosted using a hosting service. All you need is a web browser and you can maintain your course offerings from anywhere you can reach the internet.

There is an implementation fee that varies based on your specific requirements. Generally, implementation includes:

  • Customizing the registration website to have your logo, name and graphics,
  • Configuring your hosting account, and
  • Configuring the payment code to deposit payments into your bank account.

Additionally, there is a small charge for each registration / reservation that is 5% of the registration / reservation amount. For instance, if your Introduction class is $40 per registrant, the fee we will charge you is $2 per registrant. This fee is calculated monthly and we will bill you. The registration fees cover 10 hours of support per month and maintenance of your NFPOffice website.
